Market Research Analyst

Loc: Tumkur / Positions: 5

The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for build qualitative list as per the guidelines/criteria given by the clients.

Essential Functions

  • Creating focused, segmented lists that would get clients to a conversation
  • Identify, collect and analyze miscellaneous data from open sources (website, etc) and 3rd party partners
  • Develop various predicative models to aid in decision making and evaluation of initiatives
  • Process mass data through calculation, comparison and integration, etc.
  • Assist to construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner
  • Research competitors to identify potential threats or areas of concern
  • Research global market conditions to determine addressable market and adoption ramp for a family of products while also further supporting routine forecasting activities
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Identify credible sources of relevant marketing data including, but not limited to, product mix, trends, costing, pricing, competitive positioning, product demand, and sub-assembly overages & shortages which can effect product demand and inventory buildup
  • Research relevant new market areas & trends

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0.6-2 years in B2B Market research, Marketing list building is preferred
  • Candidates should be excellent in communication skills. Good organization and planning skills. Good teamwork skills and Adaptability
  • Strong analytic skills, reasoning skills and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
  • Proficient in database management best practices
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS

Lead Generation Specialist

Loc: Tumkur / Positions: 5

The Lead Generation Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Sales Dept. lead generation through outbound sales calling and canvassing and will also provide exceptional customer service to our B2B customers to help achieve the overall department budgeted goals.

Essential Functions

  • Develop new business via outbound calling and mass communication such as email and social media
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new business
  • Increase sales pipeline through lead generation efforts
  • Clear, concise and consistent follow up via phone calls and e-mail
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Update Lead status in CRM
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to prospective and existing clients
  • Work with Marketing Dept. and Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Complete other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and manager
  • Provide overall support to the department

Qualifications

Business Manager

Loc: Bangalore/Tumkur Positions: 2

This profile demands a mixed skill set of a Team Manager / Sales Person and an Account Manager / Generating leads – Through Self – identify relevant contacts at a target organisation and to establish first contact.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development and Product/Segment Marketing to drive a winning SMB demand gen strategy and execution across multiple channels
  • Understand SMB marketer needs & challenges across their buying journey and translate those into personalized communications and targeted campaigns for various digital channels with the goal to educate the buyers and accelerate their buying cycle
  • Write, edit, and launch targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Build webinar programs, promote them, and moderate virtual tradeshow/webinar sessions with other speakers; webinar speaking experience a plus
  • Analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content, mix, frequency, etc. in order to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Update nurture programs and content as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 4+ year experience in outbound sales, International sales, demand generation/lead generation, email marketing or marketing programs
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, Social Network (LinkedIn, Xing, Jigsaw, iProfile, Etc.) marketing in the USA/ UK/Europe/EMEA/EU and other parts of the world
  • Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining the prospects database
  • Maintain sales activity records
  • Qualify business opportunities & present business solutions at executive level
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in IT Solutions/Services sales
  • Must possess good written & oral communication skills

Social Media Manager

Loc: Tumkur Positions: 2

Leverage social media platforms to generate brand awareness, ensure target audience engagement, build branding strategies, run marketing campaigns, improve visibility and strengthen brand identify, increase traffic, generate qualified leads & maintain profiles of various brands in respective social channels.

Essential Functions

  • Design social media strategies to achieve client’s marketing objectives
  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
  • Administer various social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring up-to-date content
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Takes ownership of all tasks and clients assigned ensuring each task, whether it is being executed by another team member or not is being done with precision and care
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Excellent multitasking skills
